The Dream Team 2025 is a group of proven, experienced leaders who center 1021 members at the heart of everything we do. We are the only members running who have secured $10 million for member professional and educational development. We have a track record of winning historic contracts in the face of budget shortfalls; and building community coalitions to hold elected leaders accountable. We deliver results through integrity, collective action, and collaboration.

In the coming years, SEIU 1021 members will face unprecedented challenges. The incoming presidential administration has promised deep cuts to the federal budget. This will trickle down to the state and local levels where our members will feel it, and our contracts will be under fire. We also face the threats of automation, mass deportation, and attacks on unions nationally. This is a time for solid, tested, and true leadership.

The Dream Team is ready to lead on Day 1 to tackle these challenges, backing our talk with collective action. To continue building the power of our union, we must break down silos, improve representation, and engage more members to take action. We believe that all members deserve respect, and our union is the best tool to champion workers on the job and in our communities.
